Written during the summer of 2000 in Las Cruces and Taos, NM, a touchstone to ward off the maladies of diabetes. Whoever said a miracle is easy!  I attempt here an ode to the teaching of The Great Middle Way and it’s fruit, Equilibrium. “The Flow” refers to the primary Universal force, entropy.
